Cheking in was good the gentleman at the front desk gave me advice on where to get food. But when i got to my room that was way in the back. No way of recieving wifi due to my room being so far in the back no signal and am an out of town guest, it was nerve reckoning. When I ask to be moved. I was told I cant because I was already placed in the room it was crazy I guess you get what you pay for thankfully it was one night !!

Booked this for 5 people (which the website let us do) and the room only had 2 double beds. One of us had to sleep on the floor. We weren’t offered anything to assist with this, not even extra bedding

The hotel was dated but very clean. It was close to the airport. The breakfast was good but i felt bad the desk clerk also made the breakfast and attended to all the questions from guests. It was nice that breakfast was at 4AM but it was not out until about 4:20AM (due to one person preparing it along with his other duties). The shuttle was late and the 4AM people who had not signed up got on which delayed the shuttle from picking up other hotel passengers. this then delayed our 4:30 shuttle until 5AM. Some of the passengers were anxious since their flights were scheduled for 6:15AM or around that time. Could be more organized.

This was a last-minute reservation, so choices were limited. The room was fine; it was clean. The property is nice; especially for the price. Breakfast was so-so. The lady who checked us in just wasn't in the best mood. Despite trying to cheer her up, we got a crap attitude from her. If you don't like your job, work elsewhere.
