I expected so much more. The check in was bland. The person barely made eye contact and told us nothing about the property. The Speak Easy was a bust. The man that greeted us was quite nice. The bartender took our drinks when we said we weren’t having another round. We weren’t finished! We usually stay at the Kimpton next door, I think we will return to the Kimpton. The Omni is elegant and has great history but just didn’t feel valued as a guest.

The stay started off fine until we saw a rodent in the hall. This was reported but the next day a mouse was running through my room. Although we moved rooms , there was no sense of urgency from the front desk personnel as I was standing in my pajamas frightened of the sanitation practice . I will never stay there again .
