The supervisor wasn’t rude to me but I watched 3 people during my stay get absolutely disrespected and treated like horribly and talked down to by Cody . There was a fight in the restaurant with a server that resulted in multiple police officers visiting . The rooms were dirty I found multiple stains on the sheets below the first sheet . Didn’t seem them tell the end of my stay . Hoyle rooms are far from sound proof you can here absolutely everything even on floors above a Down

Valet parking was terrible. The attendant went to get our car while we sat outside waiting. He never let us know our car was there and parked it where we couldn’t see it. We sat there waiting for almost 30 minutes ( it was busy, so we initially thought it was just taking a while.) We finally started walking around and noticed our car being blocked by a truck. This should not have happened if the attendant came back to us and let us know where our car was. We had to go back to the valet office because the attendant locked our car and took the keys. Then they had a hard time finding the keys. It was the day after Christmas and we had plans, which we ran late for because of this. Valet should be run better. We felt it was a bunch of young kids working in there that really didn’t want to work.

For as much as we paid per night, I would assume there would be a continental breakfast option. With that being said, the breakfast buffet was good, not worth $19/person. Additionally, I had a bowl of cereal with milk. The milk was spoiled. The meal was ruined at that point. The hostess was attentive, however, no mind was paid to the fact that my husband and I both consumed spoiled milk with our breakfast. They removed said milk from the buffet, handed us the check, and sent us on our way. Overall, it was convenient for the activities we had planned, but the food experience was disappointing.

The hotel was fine . I’ve stayed there 20 times. The problem was there was a dog in the room next to me. I love dogs. This dog barked the entire night and the hotel can do nothing about it. I literally blame the hotel, not the dog.

You can't beat this hotel for convenience to all of downtown Pittsburgh and stadiums and price. Pretty much everything is walkable or a short uber ride. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, valet parking is safe, worry-free and quick to respond when you need your car (our valet actually sprinted to go get our car and were weren't even in a hurry). This was my second time staying here and I will definitely go back again.

Not at all like the pictures. The lobby and valet are amazing but once you get to your room its gross. Shower was leaking and that is if you could even get the door open. City view not even close to bein a view of the city. Pool was terrible. Whole 5th floor smelled like weed.
