The valet service, Fort Duquesne and walkability was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the showers in the rooms have a lot of mold growing in them - I switched rooms three times in hopes for better (filthy). The walls are paper thin allowing excessive noise to penetrate through - next to no sleep while there.

Great location to walk to PPG arena, stadiums, river front. Quick check in / check out. Valet was great. It wasn't the cleanest room. There was hair all over the bathroom floor; there was a long hair inside the keurig. Bed was comfy but is a double not a queen. Expensive but wasn't too bad.

I am 76 years old 5 feet tall and I use a walker for a back condition. I was given had a bed that was level with my waist. I could not lift my legs high enough to get into the bed, no matter what I tried. after over half an hour, they called back and said they could not find a step so of every sort but they located the room with a bed. That was a few inches shorter. I was barely able to get into that bed. The nightstand was at least 10 inches away from the bed, making it impossible to shut my light off without getting out of the bed and back in room was dated. There was no microwave and no chair at the desk so it was impossible to sit down and eat something. It was no room service although there was a restaurant/bar which is where I had to have dinner.

Nice staff and lobby is beautiful but the hotel itself is old, elevators don’t allow you to know where they are when waiting for them (20 floors?) and the mattresses were awful. As much as this hotel costs the mattresses and pillows all need upgraded

Very easy to navigate the city from this hotel making our visit very accomodating. Great for PNC games too. Candice at the front desk was very hospitable and so was the porter Jamie helped us navigate great things to see and do. Bravo!!!! We will be back for sure.

Everything was very small and compact. From the bathroom to the beds it was very crumbed. We are a family of 4 and did not have a comfortable stay. There is no store with little forget items. Valet was very slow. Room was not very clean. Hard to get a drink anywhere other then walking blocks. Will not be staying here again

This hotel is significantly over priced for what they offer. Our room was clean and the location was very good. Because i booked fairly late this was the only hotel walking distance to the pirates game, otherwise i would not have chosen it. Cons are: nightly room rate too high, elevators cannot accommodate the guests during peak times, restaurant very limited with hours and menu, and rooms seem pretty dated (but were clean).
