This was a great location near University of Pittsburgh but also for a campus visit to Carnegie Mellon. My main complaint is that they never made up our room or refresh towels even though we left the room early and didn’t return until late. I saw carts cleaning and delivering towels to other rooms but for some unknown reason they never came to ours. Breakfast is a la cart and while it was good it was very expensive. Had other meals close by that were much bigger or had more choices and were better for a lot less.

Very disappointed. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times but this is the first time we had problems. No service to see if we needed towels or additional coffee or anything room freshening. The restaurant was half of what it used to be. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. None of the amenities that we expected in a Marriott.

Hotel stay was decent. Staff eventually addressed the noise issue. No food/drink accommodations, available options were extremely expensive. Expedia was terrible. After driving 5hrs to get there, found out Expedia cancelled our reservation although we had confirmation. Thankfully the hotel was able to accommodate us and honored a comparable rate.

Overall it was a nice stay, clean property and the shower was very elegant and relaxing. The only cons to this hotel is the $40 parking fee per night, and you would think as much as you pay for everything the breakfast at least would be free, or even a complimentary coffee in the morning with decent creamer, the options in the hotel room is awful.

Easy to access property and conveniently located. Unfortunately for me, a bit busy at time. Found the pre-registration process confusing. Parking was different from last time I stayed (in garage instead of ground level parking). Longer wait for room to be ready than I was expecting, though everything went well after that.
