While the reception area left a bit to be desired, our actual unit was spacious and recently updated with full kitchen, large living area and a large bedroom/bathroom. We also had 2 balconies which was really nice. Location in town was good too, with the ability to walk to numerous restaurants and activities.

Decent location with a nice room. Second and last time to stay here. The management is local and the rules are predatory. They have 30 minute check in policy where if you don’t let them know there is a problem in 30 minutes it doesn’t exist. WiFi didn’t work on either of my two stays and I was not given maid service in either stay. I did get a little ink in a pillow case and I was charged $50 after checkout.

Beautiful location and interior. Surprisingly quiet. We went through Expedia, who did not pass along that we had 6 people, so they didn't have a bed ready for the last two people. They made it sound like our fault but got a pullout couch. They said they had only couch pillows and all pillow cases were in the laundry and we should expect more than that. Not such great customer service. Beware of the Wifi instructions; they had a mis-spelling.

Nice, with a great view of the ocean! Bertha was really sweet and helpful! The property was clean, but you can tell that the previous guests haven’t always taken pride in taking care of it, as there was obvious wear and tear…holes in some walls and some scrapes. Also, the couch needed to be spot cleaned really badly and our bedspread had some really bad stains in it, and could use a good bleaching. These are things that are easily fixable by management, and are things that as a paying customer, I will definitely write a review about. You can tell that at one point, this place used to be really really nice. Overall, my kids had a great time, which is all that really matters!

The rooms are damp. Air conditioning is the only means of dehumidification, but using the air conditioning causes significant condensation on the blinds, which drips onto the floor and forms substantial puddles. The room was quite small - although this is a pattern in Belize. Its design was notably inefficient, with a lot of space wasted by a hallway / entryway that nominally had a desk in it but wasn't really all that usable. The location is pretty good - easy walk to lots of restaurants, dive shops, etc.
