Mediterranean style home only 2 mins walk to beach

You can't go wrong with this one if you are looking for a three bedroom house for a couple, a family or a group of friends. The building has character and charm and is an artistic blend of Mediterranean and ecological architecture situated on 1.5 acres of lawns and gardens and next to a large pond (it is not suitable for children under 10). Pohara Beach is only a 2 minute walk away. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house. The house is very spacious and is designed to accommodate up to six people easily. It has an open plan layout with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The French doors open out onto a private deck overlooking the pond. Two of the bedrooms also have French doors that open up onto the sheltered deck. The house is built with adobe bricks, has good roof insulation, double glazing and central heating.

Lovely house and location
A wonderful stay in an idyllic location. Close to the beach and with a private setting and bonus fruit trees.

Bit Disappointing
Owners reside in caravan on same site which wasn’t a problem but we were not expecting it. The flax bushes are twice the size in the photos and hid any view of lawns. Plenty of space. No coffee, tea or sugar but sugar supplied by Vera on request. We had to ask for laundry fire to be lit each night as solar power only provided for one shower. We had lots of laughs there but we felt a bit pricey compared to other stays.
