Ok
When we arrived the house was stifling hot- thermostat read 81 degrees. Just a few windows could be opened . Very hot during the night. Had to use floor fan and ceiling fan but did not cool down enough. Manager at quality inn said there was no air conditioning. It felt like a sauna when we arrived. Next day we left the windows open thinking it would cool down the next night. When we got back from Victoria the next evening it was still very hot. Again thermostat read 80 degrees. Hottest room was the back bedroom. Location of property was what we needed to get the ferry for a day trip to Victoria. Parking in front of house very convenient.

Loved this bungalow steps from the downtown area full of shops, restaurants and the harbor. The house was clean and had two bedrooms with comfy queen beds along with a nice sized kitchen. Check in and out was a breeze and the breakfast across the street was an appreciated convenience.

Great retro house
Great little house, close to everything. I was weirded out re: check in process. The owner has you check in at a motel (which I was aware of) but they then want your credit card for “incidentals” like a hotel would ask. This really felt inappropriate to me as I have b

Loved this cute place. Comfy and clean. Air conditioning or a front screen door to catch the ocean breeze would help keep it cooler. Would stay again.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay in the blue house! We were able to walk to dinner/shopping. The Safeway/Starbucks was around the corner. At sunset, we walked to the end of the block to watch it go down over the ocean. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location is good, near many restaurants and the harbor. The property is part of Quality Inn, it offers some very basic breakfast. The property's condition was ok, the outside looked freshly painted, but inside was not good, the carpet was dirty, all the furniture had dust on it like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The house inside smelled bad, since you allowed dogs in, it definitely showed, I found dog hair everywhere, smelling like animals had lived in there ( I am personally allergic to dogs, so I could tell). We kept the window open throughout our stay. It was hard to sleep at night since it was very close to the court house which has a bell that rang twice an hour, 24 hours day and night. We literally were awakened by the bell everytime it rang. very unpleasant and strange. Overall, the trip was great, we loved Olympic National Park, but the place we stayed wasn't so good, had a hard time having a good night's sleep. but we can't blame the bell ring to the hotel, but the place was a couple of blocks away from the bellm too close to avoid hearing it. Won't come back to this place for sure. I can't recommend it either
