We recently enjoyed a 3-night family stay at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach with our 2-year-old and found it to be an excellent choice for families. The hotel’s location is superb, right across from North Wollongong beach, offering stunning ocean views from our room balcony which was very relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with family-friendly amenities. The hotel features a heated outdoor pool, perfect for little ones to splash around safely, and a welcoming outdoor dining area where kids’ meals are wholesome and generously served. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially with family needs, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety that suited both adults and children. Overall, the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay for families with young children, making it a top pick for a beachside family getaway

Julia at reception was amazing upon our check in, staff always coming across smiling and happy - a real pleasure! Everything was so easy and comfortable with the exception of the room. Was smaller than we expected: The bathroom could've used a few more hangers (behind the door or on the wall to hang towels and a cabinet for the sink would've been really helpful.

Lakeview Hotel Motel is an older property but has been modernised and is spotlessly clean. The room had a toaster, kettle, microwave, plates, bowls and utensils. The food waa excellent with $15 pub favourites plus $6 beer and wine. We were in the area for a sporting event so this was a great, affordable little find!
