Pleasent stay, the room and hotel grounds were clean and had friendly staff. the bathroom could use some TLC but nothing that ruin our experience. We always appreciate the warm cookies! good location, short drive to downtown.

When i checked in i was given the wrong room number and when I went up to the room someone was already in there. This was a very embarrassing situation. Then I was given another room and that one was also taken. The front desk staff did not even apologize or anything even though i had to go down twice to get the situation rectified. Very unprofessional

The cover to the quilt was soiled. The soap containers were empty when we arrived and had to ask for someone to refill them. Only two sets of towells for four of us. No bars of soap in the room when we arrived. Everything was taken care of after we contacted the frone desk. Everyone was friendly.

The hotel was very dated and was not clean. However, the staff was friendly. The hotel is certainly not worth the rate of $300.

Housekeeping didn’t come to the room two days in a row. We dumped our own garbage in an outside can because it wasn’t picked up. When they did come to the room they didn’t leave full sets of towels. Either missed the bath mat or hand towels. The wallpaper was obviously peeling and mold stains in the shower. Not worth the extra money! Disappointing for a Double Tree.
