Great, clean, modern place, and convient place. Outside is close to alot of cool places to see. Yes there is homeless on drugs but as long as you're not alone at night, you will be fine.

When you first walk in the smell of the hotel is pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and very nice. The resturant had a great breakfast we booked our room with it included and I had the avocado toast which was excellant. We took amtrack to Portland and walked to the hotel hich was a mistake!! The homeless that you have to walk around we felt very unsafe,so taking the yellow line train to the hotel is the best way! We took that back!

The Staff at Hyatt Centric was amazing . Being my first time in Portland , Clayton and all the staff on the property were so helpful in places to go and dining suggestions. The hotel had a pleasant family like feel and everyone was very welcome and happy to help in making it a great experience for my daughter and I. We will definitely be back .

Overall the room was clean mostly quiet bed comfy and staff was nice. The only thing that sucks is the expensive valet parking and its kind of annoying theres only 1 floor with an ice machine for the entire hotel. It would be nice if they had free movie options or a terrace.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful. Valet was really convenient. Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. Coffee bar was awesome, didn’t try restaurant but it looked great. Great location, close to everything and felt safe.

Was a nice location for Downtown Portland. Area outside is dirty but that’s just how the downtown is. For a higher end hotel room cleaning was not up to par. Spots were certainly missing attention to detail in the room. Pillows need replacing or better quality. Both my partner and I experienced neck pain from using these pillows. Housekeeping did not change sheets while cleaning room. I am not sure if standard practice. Overall an okay stay but for the price I would expect better in areas stated.
