Stayed in their newly remodeled rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Included a moni fridge (with freezer) and a microwave. Both were clean. Flaws: water pressure from sink was literally a drip, but it did not affect the shower pressure. You will definitely hear your neighbors above walking and running around most likely due to the hard wood floors. There is not central cooling but their is a heating system.

It was cheep and right along I5 with food and gas right around the corner. Room was very clean and service was friendly. No hassle getting checked in and settled. The outside lighting was a bit much but was able to cover the curtains to block it out. All good otherwise!

A basic and clean place to sleep
This was my second stay here. After the first time I was pretty stoked on it. A decent place to stay with a killer price in the Portland area?! After this second time, while I would stay here again it would be for one night only and, literary, just to sleep. The not great. The rooms are really small, for reals teeny tiny. I had zero control of the temperature of the room. I found it to be a little chilly during the morning and evening, and a little too warm at night. The walls were thin. The first night we could hear a TV and voices through the walls. When we first arrived there was the strong scent of industrial cleaning solution that gradually wore off over the first 12 hours of our stay, after which a urine stank wafted up from the floor at the end of the beds and in the desk area. The smell of stale human peepee. The good. The beds are pretty dang comfortable! My body reacts quickly, easily and painfully after sleeping on an uncomfortable mattresses and even after two nights my body felt fine! The water pressure is awesome!! The shower is kind of backwards? And is a good size. The towels are small and a little rough, but smell really clean. The room itself, except for the urine stink, was clean. I felt safe and that is the most important thing to me. All the staff I delt with were good, kind, and helpful. The location was great for our needs. There are food options near by both fast food places and a Safeway. I would stay here again, under the right circumstances.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Very hospitalible. The room was a little chilly and the thermostat didn't seem to adjust properly, but I just bundled and slept pretty well. i do have a photo but the app won't let me upload.

My wife and I stayed for three weeks and I thought it was safe. Little did I know that I would be faced with a broken toilet and that the lady up front would be doing a mass check in shouting instructions. It’s not ideal and I’m not happy.

Terrible overnight stay
Check in time was 4 pm and I checked in at 4:15 but they had no rooms ready. Told me to come back in an hour!😡 I came back at 5 and was able to check in. I had a party to attend and get ready for and ended up being late to the party. NOT HAPPY! Room was cold, floor was dirty, like they forgot to sweep. There was not enough blankets on the bed so I froze all night. Then was awoke at 7:45 am by a barking dog next door. I won’t be staying here again!!

Lanna at the front desk was super helpful, checked us in early and was very helpful and efficient. The room itself was clean. There is ac but no heat. Bathroom was clean and updated.
