When we got to our room the door was ajar. There was a stain on the bed and a dirty used piece of soap on the floor of the bathroom, and the towel was stained. The walls here are very thin, we could hear our neighbors clearly and they were not yelling. For the price point I’m disappointed.

Our room was okay and clean, beds were comfortable. There wasn't much extra room to move around. The free breakfast was not great but okay if you're looking to save a little money instead of eating out. The eating area was pleasant, though. The thing that bothered me the most was the air freshener that's being pumped out into the hallways to cover up who-knows-what. It's really strong. It's not as bad in the rooms, but out in the hallway it gives you the feeling that something gross is going on. I think the hotel is a case of "you get what you pay for."

The gentlemen at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly. And the check in process was super easy and quick. Only issues I had were more optics than anything. All outdoor trash cans were overflowing. And the gentleman working the front desk when I checked out was pretty dismissive. Good place to stay, and some great amenities close to the property. Would stay there again.

Absolutely terrible. Don’t look at the pictures. The smell is terrible—they are pumping out air freshener to mask other smells (seemed like long term stays/in room cooking). The toiletries were half used in the room and towels were dirty. Disgusting.

There wasn’t much to like. They should not list Wi-Fi as one of their amenities. We were there for 2 nights no Wi-Fi at any time. The facility smelled like industrial strength air freshener was pumped in all the time. The smell was just terrible.The shower curtain and shower were dingy and dirty. Housekeeping has no idea what a hand towel is we asked for hand towels twice and got washcloths and bath mats. It seemed like the staff spent most of their time in the kitchen area. We were booked for 3 nights left after 2.

The hallways smelled like a bad smell had been covered up with Fabreeze and it was so strong it made our eyes water. The room was clean and smelled a little better but everything felt sort of damp and musty. The staff was nice but the smell and dampness were distracting.

Gentleman that checked me in was friendly. The beed was soft and comfy. The room was very basic. No frills but served its purpose for me. The fridge is a little bigger than the usual mini fridge and there was a microwave. There was a Kuerig. I traveled solo after spending the day in Freeport. The breakfast starts at 7am. I couldn't wait, so I ate at Sunrise Cafe within walking distance. I would stay here again if needed though I think the price is a bit high for what you get/don't get. Everything is street level, no stairs to clime to get to your room. There are no "nice" views.
