We would be delighted to welcome you to our studio.

Our 27m² studio is fully equipped for a carefree holiday: electric hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and washing machine.
The rental includes 1 bed 140 for 2 people. You can take advantage of the individual terrace with electric barbecue and garden furniture or watch your favorite programs on the 80cm television (TNT by satellite). A fitted cupboard allows you to store your belongings.

A relaxing retreat near beautiful beaches in a very clean and welcoming accommodation
We stayed in this clean and practical studio near the most beautiful beaches in Palombaggia in July 2016. We have had a bad experience before with rental accommodation abroad and were reluctant to get our hopes up to much. We flew from the UK to Bastia airport and drove down to the rental studio. The owner, throughout the booking process was excellent and very helpful, he is very prompt at responding and provided a map to help us find the location. It was a beautiful scenic route down to the studio and worth driving for the first time abroad. After a 2.5 hr drive we reached the rental studio and were made to feel welcome by the owner who was there to meet us on arrival. He had prepared the studio and turned the fridge/freezer on placed ice cube and a bottle of water ready for us. The rental site is pristine, considerately maintained and very welcoming. The space in our studio was perfect for a couple, it was very clean with a good sized bathroom/kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was much needed in the hot weather that we fortunately had during our 7-day stay. There is a larger studio available for larger groups or families. The good sized, and not over looked terrace/patio was great when we wanted to enjoy breakfast outside or just relax in the sunshine on the sunbeds provided. We were impressed so far by the accommodation and were pleasantly surprised when we found the beach a mere 10-minute walk from the studio. The beaches nearby are spectacular and great to explore. The water is very clear and great fun on a hot day! There are multiple bars/restaurants along the beaches that remain open till late at night so are ideal if you want to make the most of your time day or night. We wanted a peaceful and relaxing break from our busy life back home and therefore, we surprisingly found this to be exactly what we wanted and more. Un petit coin de paradis
Un très bon accueil et des conseils appropriés concernant les environs. On peut laisser la voiture et se couper des habitudes en allant à la plage à 10 mn (plusieurs spots possibles), en prenant les repas sur la terrasse ou aux restaurants alentours pieds dans l'eau ou plus romantiques avec soirées corses. Parfait pour un weekend+ à deux ou en famille..

Des les premiers échanges, Thierry a été prévenant et a su nous trouver des solutions. Le gîte est à seulement 10 mins à pied de la plage de Palombaggia et rien que pour ça je le recommande. - Äusserst zuvorkommender, liebenswürdiger Vermieter! - Wohnung ist modern und zweckdienlich für das eigene Kochen eingerichtet! - Standort ist besonders gekennzeichnet durch erfahrbare Ruhe! Leider keine Meersicht! - Wunderschöner herrlich duftender Pinienwald, neben dem sehr schönen langen Sandstrand auch ebenso schöne rötlich gefärbte Felsformationen direkt am Meer!

Au calme et proche de la plage
Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de Thierry qui est disponible et à l'écoute mais discret. Si la location est disponible, on peut la récupérer plus tôt. Il aussi est très réactif en cas de petits problèmes. La cuisine est bien équipée en casseroles (poele neuve} et saladiers (grands et petits, ras le bol des minis saladiers sous prétexte que c'est une location pour 2!). La location est très propre dans un grand parc au calme. Elle est conforme à la description et aux photos. La magnifique plage de Palombagia est à 10 minutes à pieds avec accès très facile (pas toujours vrai en Corse !). En résumé, un excellent séjour et on reviendra certainement.

Excellent séjour à 2 pas de la très belle plage de Palombaggia
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'un des 3 studios indépendants, sans vis à vis, au calme et situé dans un cadre naturel et non loin de la magnifique plage de Palombaggia (10mn à pied) . Le studio correspondant au descriptif de l'offre, il est fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par M. Tafani, qui est très sympathique et très disponible. Notre départ avait lieu à 5h00 du matin et il était présent avec le sourire. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.
