Lovely hotel about 15 minutes stroll from town centre. The tram and bus stops are just outside the doors so it made getting about very easy. Staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. Would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandior Hotel Prague, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's elegant, modern design and the warm hospitality of the staff. The lobby is spacious and inviting, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was beautifully appointed, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with high-quality toiletries. The room also offered stunning views of the city, which made for a lovely start and end to each day. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests. Whether it was arranging transport, recommending local attractions, or providing directions, they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated within walking distance of Prague’s most famous landmarks, such as the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Wenceslas Square. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city without needing to travel far. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, and I was not disappointed. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering everything from fresh pastries and fruit to hot dishes and local specialties. The quality and variety were impressive, and it set the tone for a wonderful day ahead.

Great location. Customer service could be better
Overall our stay was good. Only complaint would be my booking was for a twin room and we got a double. I went to reception to ask for this to be fixed and was told house keeping would come and so it. I am still waiting waiting and I have now checked out. The tv in my room also wasn’t working.
