Nice after brutal travel day
Great interaction with three managers during my stay; young lady on the morning of 6/28 especially helpful. 5 pillows. hot tub working well, very warm.

Nowhere did their online tell us they charged extra for each dog at this "pet friendly " hotel. Also we had no way of knowing this was not a disabled friendly hotel.. no elevator and they stuck us on the 3rd floor that i had to walk up. Not only do i require oxygen but i cannot walk very far and their comment was that i could take as long as i needed to get to my room. The stair area was swarmimg with biting mosquitos. All in all it was a miserable night!

I was really happy with my stay here because it was clean and comfortable. It had good pillows, which is one of my criteria for a good place to stay! I thought it was noisier, as close to the interstate, but it wasn't bad. Good stay- good sleep!

This hotel is very dated. Our room was horrible. The bed's you could feel the spring and squeaked very loudly. The bath tub kept backing up due to huge hair clog. The toilet seat was broken. The toliet paper was filthy. We had to beg for more towels. The lip between rooms was broken, and taped with duck tape. We asked for another pillow, and was given pillow that smelled and was horrible. When I asked for more, I was told they don't have extra pillows. The coffee was horrible. We parked next to a grassy area and when the sprinklers ran, our vehicle was covered in white stuff. We were vising family and were not there during the day, so we only slept there, but I would not recommend this hotel. We will not stay at a La Quinta ever again, including this one.
