I went there last weekend and the room weere not great, my room had the shower tap broken, the food in the buffet were basically the same everyday, some part of the beach smells like sewer, and finally must of the staff there dont take good care of the cuatomer, specially those who are near the bars area

Lifestyle needs to improve the rooms that they sell on Expedia regardless membership status . They gave us a bad room with dirty sheets outdated shower.They do not fumigate and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the balcony . I believe that member and non club member should have similar privileges.This place was much better 3 years ago. From a scale of 1-10 (4/10).

Would not ever stay here again. Room was ok with a good ac and ceiling game. Our entire group of 12 did not have hot water the entire week we were there. Staff would say it will be fixed and nothing ever was done to resolve the problem. Stay speaks very little English. Room phone did work at all or would be so much static to talk. In this case cheap price isn’t worth it.

My first room when Check in we was welcome pest in the room walking around the floor roaches everywhere in the bathroom and living area. They change my room gave me a new room around 7:30pm at night During my room switch I left my fiancé at the downstairs buffet to go move the luggage’s and comeback to the restaurant Casablanca During the process me and my fiancé got loss without her knowledge of the new room number she was lost and no way of contacting me Hotel staff was not helpful at all they kept pointing my fiancé to dark area when she ask where is the front seat had her wondering around the property loss During her walking and me trying to find her they was a blackout the place went totally dark My fiancé started crying in the phone with me I went to reception to help me find her To call security they denied my request it can be language barrier some staff spoke English I told the hotel reception to find her they was worrying about me yelling at them to find my fiancé they wanted to arrest me because I’m yelling if wasn’t when the light came on and my fiancé walking around the corner I said there she goes She was emotional she said to them if my fiancé say I’m lost why nobody looking for me why you more worried that your staff is trying to arrest my fiancé on our first day here when you guys mess up They all money hungry because they wanted my fiancé to pay for them to release him for nothing It was my fiancé birthday that’s why we even went

Really dissapointed. Room hotel conditions are really poor. Very old, bathroom conditions were the worst. It looked worse that a motel bathroom "not a resort". Broken mirror, broken tiles. Etc. Dirty floors. Not what the pictures online look like at all. Terrible to go with small kids, hard to transport around with strollers. My room was full of cigarette smells through the A/c vents. Other smokers right next to me. You should have a separate space for smokers. It was so uncomfortable to breath at night with my baby. Not much entertainment, and to find something to do other than a pool all day long , you have to take a shuttle bus for everything. My lights in my room were broken. It was a really bad experience. The wifi is terrible. Even purchsing it for the day , you get horrible service. Could barely talk with my family. I will definitely stay in punta cana next time. Do not come here.

Check-in was excellent, and the customer service was good. However, the food was not enjoyable at all. It was raining, and the entrance was flooded with water. The drinks were mediocre. One of the bars had an amazing waiter, which stood out. If it weren't for these two people and the services they provided, I would rate this resort with zero stars. However, based on my overall experience, I would not recommend this place or stay here again.

Just two of the buildings is in a good condition of the entire property except the second floor is roaches , roaches every where we went the entire family and every room in the second floor had roaches until they finally changes us to the first floor , my other part of the family stay on building 2, 3, and 4 which it was awful no working shower, all of them very old it was not a good experience at all I won’t go back and the staff and shows they are good ! I been going there for more than 20 years but now is never like before! Is declining fast fix those rooms is very sad the new Owner let that happen ! Also not disco club people don’t know where to go after the show!

I did not like the check in, people were not very helpful, the Expedia representative was helpful but there was not much he was able to do, room was dirty and very old, bathrooms leaking from the ceiling and we request changing of the room since there was cockroaches in the first room they gave me. The outside area was good, and the people at the buffet, bars and other areas were really nice,
