The staff was super unfriendly and rude, not even a hello or you’re welcome 💀 (except the lady of the PM shift at the cafeteria Mokka) I got food poisoning from the very first day, I found plastic pieces on the broccoli cream and on the lentils (more than 10 in total) Each buffet was basically the same during our stay… next time we will pass on this property, not recommended.

All in all, our stay was good. The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Our bed sheets were changed every day, not just respread, so i loved that. I think there could have been more entertainment in the week days. The entertainment on the weekend was more exciting and staff were more excited and active for the weekend. But it would be nice for the same energy level for the folks that stay during the weekdays. My only disappointment was the a la carte. I would not waste time going there again. You get better food at the buffet. We ate at the "steak house" it was a huge disappointment. Not just us, but every plate we saw that night went back full. Unfortunately.
