Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta! The resort itself was beautiful, with stunning views and plenty of activities to enjoy. While a few amenities were closed, which was a bit disappointing, the overall experience made up for it. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected, but the exceptional service from the staff really stood out. Special thanks to Fernando, Kevin, Sergio, and Rodrigo, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway, especially if you appreciate attentive service!

This property was ok, just ok. The food was average (buffet items were often cold) the service was fair (room service got order wrong, often felt ignored at restaurants by waiters). Did not like the sales pitch upon checkin for timeshare like opportunity. There was construction happening everywhere on grounds, which I must have missed or it wasn’t communicated. The setting was beautiful so there’s that. All in, it was fine.

Our fist time in hotel ziva Puerto Vallarta and it was fantastic. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good with lots of different food choices . The staff are amazing and made sure we were always taking care of. During our stay we had the pleasure to meet Damon and Fernanda, representatives for the Playa collection. Fernanda and Damon are so friendly and easy to talk to. Damon even went above and beyond to help us ship a package back home. We are so glad to have met such good people. We will definitely be back.

Amazing staff!! We had great service, and everything was clean. The food at the buffet and restaurants exceeded our expectations! Salvador in the entertainment department stood out for going above and beyond doing his job, as well as Kevin the lifeguard. Thank you for having us, we will be coming back!

This is our third visit to this property. The people here are so friendly and attentive. And the property is beautiful! Best beach in PV!
