Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. There is literally only one bar - and that is the swim up bar!! They try to say the lobby bar is a bar- it’s in a closet!! There is no actual bar on site where you can just listen to music and interact with other guests. The worst all-inclusive I have ever been to for entertainment factors (and food!). The first night was a Mexican celebration- horrible food in a convention type room with bright lights. I literally could only eat the rice and beans- and I really dislike rice and beans!!! Chicken was undercooked and red, all other food was just horrible. Except the churros- they were actually really good and wish I’d gotten more! With all the options in the area- they really need to step up the game! Room was good, had to resort to Netflix at night since they had no entertainment- so thankful for streaming services in the room, and room service!! Pool was nice, but they need an adults only pool!

Lobby: Looks outdated, kind different from the rest of the hotel facilities, no music, no visible bar, chairs and tables are dirty and old, no TVs (just a projector}, not welcoming comparing other hotels. The hotel administration should put attention to it. Room: The sofa fits small people, I am 6' and do not fit in, you may need to ask for an additional bed. Food and drinks are good/excellent. Great place to stay and relax, very family and kids friendly, the staff was very very friendly and professional, always ready to help and fulfill expectations, the two restaurants they have are 10/10, the food is really good.

It was nice place. It is a little antiquated and there were a lot of gnats in my bathroom but it was a comfortable stay.

Really liked this hotel, and all the staff is very nice and friendly! The food was good too! We got all inclusive and we did not have to pay for anything! Gratitud is at your own discretion! Would definitely stay here again!

The grounds of the property are beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Rooms and common areas kept clean. Always able to find chairs at pool. Restaurants were consistent. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
