Everything was great.had a really awesome time, beautiful beach front. The sea food restaurant need to up there game, that was the only negative side. I loved that they had kayaks and paddle for the guest to use free. Beautiful resort woukd definitely recommend.

We had an awesome vacations. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious, good presentation and seasoning on point. We had a lot of fun at the disco and the pool. Overall, the best hotel we have been so far.

I would not rate this hotel a 5 star, communication was really poor if you don't speak spanish, had to get our tv fixed several times, had to request room service, the fride was empty when we arrived. And this is not all inclusive, we had to pay for several things on the side. Saw coachroaches.

Was turned away from vip restaurant (which we were given access as part of VIP Access benefits) because no one in the hotel knows about Expedia VIP other than in check in counter. Even after opening a complaint and being told it would not happen again, it dis happen again, and the response from the restaurant “leader” was that shw was not aware we had put a complaint. Totally unacceptable. Initial room was dated, dirty, and with very high humidity, and a non working AC. As an Expedia employee, it is a shame our customers have to deal with all these issues. We should work with partners to make sure they are properly trained, and we should have procedures to review property VIP status when incidents like this happen.

The property was beautiful and my room was fantastic with a great view from the balcony with a hot tub. The only issues were that it took ages to check in because everyone has to fill out a bunch of forms, and it was disappointing that swimming and beach access ended at only 7:00 pm. Overall, I would stay here again if I chose to visit the DR in the future.

Second time I stayed at this hotel . Had a great experience again. The service at the bar next to the kids nightclub, was amazing. My wife was a little ill, and the bartender girl , made my wife a nice tea , and it helped her feel better . The bartenders a girl and a guy , can’t remember their name , but the one next to the kids nightclub were amazing, love them , they deserve a raise, for going above and beyond.
