Pondría música en la plazoleta para los padres que van con sus hijos y no pueden entrar a la disco puedan bailar y disfrutar en esa área de 11pm en adelante. La animación que sea más atractiva o movida en todo el hotel y no solo en la piscina un rato. Aparte de esto me encanta todo lo demás. Son 3 veces que he visitado este hotel.

This was our first trip to an all inclusive resort for my husband’s birthday. Although we enjoyed our time on the resort, there were some things that should be considered for change/updates so that the resort can continue to bring in guests and provide them with an excellent service. Our least favorite experience was the check-in process. It was just awful. We stood in line for over 45 minutes waiting to be checked in. It was humid and uncomfortable, especially after a long flight. There has to be a better system put in place to avoid guests from having this type of experience. Our junior suite was supposed to be a king bed but we were put in a room with 2 queen beds. There was also a “musty wet” smell when we first walked in. There should be better ventilation in the room to help prevent so much condensation. The beach is beautiful and we had a great time at the pool. The buffet food was mediocre. We did enjoy the two restaurants we had dinner reservations to. It was nice to have options. Staff members were very friendly and worked hard to keep us happy. We did had a favorite server in the sports bar who went above and beyond to provide us with a fun experience!

Terrible cleaning of the rooms, we rented 3 and all with the same problems, black mold on the curtains, cushions, bed, pillows, walls, water leak from the shower to the hallway of the room, they removed our towels and every time we came to shower there were no towels They did not have the room configured for 3 guests, the slippers and the bathrobe were missing, in short, a disaster.

Did not clean bathroom well. There were stains on the mirror. shower was clogged. water was building up. The bathroom started flooding. I thought maybe it was just that one time so that night I tried again and the same thing happened. I had to keep turning off the water to be able to shower. The TV did not work in the second floor. No one came to clean the room throughout my stay. The cups at the buffet were always dirty. You would see flys on the food on the buffet. They recommended an excursion that was meant for family and I brought my 3 year old. That excursion was not for my 3 year old. I seriously believe they just wanted us to spend money on that expensive excursion. There were no infants there. We had to go from boat to boat and not to mention the speed boat that I had to do with my 3 year old scared in my arms. There was one restaurant that we made a reservation for that had us waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we didn’t even get a menu, I had to ask for one. Then it took about 30 minutes for them to come and ask us what we wanted. The food was ok. They definitely provided quantity over quality. Definitely would not go back there or recommend to anybody

Playa excelente , limpieza excelente , atención del personal bastante aceptable , comida en el buffer buena , , mucha seguridad en las areas sin la molestosa invasion de vendedores inoportunos , ahora lo malo : los restaurantes pésimos , shows en el teatro horribles , aburridos , con un teatro espacioso y bonito , da vergüenza la mala calidad de los espectáculos, climatización de las habitaciones y areas cerradas mala, hay un area cerca del sport bar y la bolera que huele a vertedero maloliente , los tragos muy malos y aclaro no soy de beber pero los cocteles de muy mal sabor El hotel es grande y bonito , pero ya necesita una reparación , y quizás vuelva a ser de los primeros puestos en Punta Cana, de manera general lo pasamos bien pero esos puntos son importantes que deben ser mejorados

Horrible resort. Staff is super rude. WiFi doesn’t work any where. Rooms are old and outdated. Service is horrible.

Checking was terrible it took us almost 1 1/2 hour and thats just standing in line to get to the counter. Bathroom doors were hard to open and close it would not slide also leaking water in room. I think it was from the AC

They had me in opposite side of the resort of my family they room was not even ready when they took me to the room smelled like mold roaches AC was broken and guy was in room fixing while I already checked in balcony door was broken.. and on top of changing my room they put me even further away from my family room

The best thing about this place was the staff who all worked very hard to make the experience nice. The rooms didn’t look very clean there was mold behind mirrors and mold in the shampoo and soap dispensers. Weird stains and spots everywhere including walls and patio doors. Food at the buffet was pretty bad but edible. The restaurants as well the food was just ok. Best place was the hibachi at the Japanese restaurant and our chef was so amazing I wish I remembered his name I’m so upset I don’t but he was honesty the best thing about the whole trip and made us laugh.

Ocean is right near the hotel, literally you can walk from the hotel pools to the ocean in 1 minute. Buffet is hit or miss, restaurants are a better bet. Love the tram. Need to advertise and promote the Teen Club more during the day so there are more kids interested and participating. Otherwise, a great stay and relaxing vacation!

There were large roaches in the rooms. Limited towels provided. Pool towels were filthy. One of the restaurants ran out of beer (in an all-inclusive). Tiles in the pool were coming off and cut several guests. Very limited portions were served at restaurants due to shortage.

This is my 2 nd time here . First was a very bad smeĺl by sport bar outside the area. Service very poor you have to speak Spanish to be served.English was like none speaking from staff. Pool was very bad not clean. I feel bad to post the pictures.coffee i didn't received one real coffee but from machines. Short story is my last time here in this resort. This experience wasn't good
