Really nice stay. Family room was nice and spacious. Could use some minor improvements such as the smell in both the Saona & Macao buffet (moisture?sewage?) it was always unpleasant to walk in and deal with the smells. A few of the great staff members we’ve met during our stay: Rafael (main bar close to lobby), Criss (coffee/ice cream shop), Wilden(food truck), Kelvin & Alvin at the upper bar close to lobby, the entertainment crew, the health bar drinks lady (by the pool), expedia check in crew.

This trip was a Birthday gift and resort was advised prior and upon arrival. Nothing that was promised was honored. Throughout the stay multiple complaints were given to the supervisor and nothing was done. All I received was an I’m sorry. If you have a good allergy stay away from this place as they do not have labeled what ingredients are in their foods especially at the buffet.

Possibly the worst resort ever. They started off by giving me someone else’s room during check in. When I finally got my room switched, it was full of roaches all 5 days I was there. The food was absolutely terrible and the buffet is not well maintained. Dirty tables and the food options are very limited (especially for those who don’t eat pork like myself) the staff was not friendly (with the exception of a slight few) also not much fun activités to do on the resort. Shows were very boring. Not to mention, a whole tree fell in the pool area injuring a little girl!! This resort is not welcoming at all

I made a formal complaint Food was disgusting! My daughters fit extremely sixk they had us bouncing from side to side waiting 2 hea at reservation they couldnt find our room names No communication reatyarant reservations were always canceled.. no carts had us walking around with our bags .. no service no towels cards nothing was shown to us the pool clisesxar 6 super early beach is open 24 7 unsafe brynod the worse experience!!

The woman at the check in was so lovely. Everytime we saw her during our stay she asked how everything was going. Everyone at the resort was wonderful.
