The food was awful. My wife and I could barely eat any of it because the taste was terrible. They said you needed reservations for the steakhouse but seemed we needed it for all of the restaurants except the cafeteria one. Even the steakhouse was terrible. We also had to move rooms three times because of a broken toilet in one room and the room flooded the second time. They acted like this was normal. They were always out of towels for the pool. We eventually just bought two at the gift shop. The only saving grace were the bartenders. They were fun and very friendly.

Not suitable for people over 30. The hotel needs more staff to keep up with the craziness left by the overnight partying. Roos are clean but old. The food is below average. The service is inconsistent, some people are nice but don't expect to get excellent services everywhere, and restaurants and the lobby are the worst examples of services. The beach has no shade except for the palm trees, and beach loungers are old

Our plane was delayed and after a long day of traveling we finally get to the hotel to be told that they had given our room away. Said our only options were to accept a downgrade or be transferred to another hotel. They wanted me to sign a document consenting to the downgrade. We ending up transferring hotels against our wishes. When heading home we ran into an issue because our transportation was for the RIU Republica so we pay for a second transportation by taxi. Extremely rude and unprofessional interaction with the manager in charge.

Elevators did not worked including staff hardly understood English. For vegetarians not much choice and food is not label correctly.
