Got two double beds instead of queen. Got two sets of towels instead of three - reserved for 3 persons. Parking too far and confusing to reach. Noisy heating system. Undisplined guests visiting one and other rooms - very noisy during the night until 5 in the morning.

Good place to stay if you want to walk around the city! Parking right there for an extra fee so that was convenient. Comfortable and spacious room. The hot tub was not hot, just warm which was a disappointment and very crowded. Overall, would stay again!

The beds are hard, which I love by my husband struggled. It was an odd experience as I was told to go to Vallet to ask about parking and she gave me a whole speech but two men were talking so loudly beside me, I didn’t grasp everything so I said I’m sorry I missed that and her response was “do you have trouble listening.” I was so taken back, it was said very rudely, and I didn’t know how to react. It was ridiculous I had to wait 7 minutes for someone to show up to this desk to be told just drive over - there was no point in me speaking with her, and her customer service was abhorrent. We stayed three nights - no cleaning or turn down service. Parking is $25 a night and we booked this for a hot-tub specifically, one was closed and the other was luke warm. We come up to QC city yearly, will be finding a new hotel next year. Good things I will admit it’s an amazing location so close to restaurants, bars and the old city. The parking lot does fill up fast and we had to find other parking a few times.

Great potential but needs a little love.
The Concorde has the best view on Old Québec but it seems that it was not renovated or actualized over the years. A lot of details were neglected in the room (toilet running continuously, fungus on joints that were ripped in the bathroom, uncomfortable pillows, very noisy ventilation system, etc. ). There is a pool and 1 of the 2 jacuzzis was not functional (impossible to control jet strength). The restaurant is worth the view however. The food was a little pricey but very good overall and the service was excellent.
