On the lakeside of Lake Wakatipu overlooking the iconic Queenstown scenery, you'll find Central Water Views!

This three-bedroom Queenstown holiday townhouse, with WIFI included, is a spacious multi-level home with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The modern and stylish furnishings throughout create a comfy space without compromising on those finer things to make it feel like a well-deserved retreat.

The large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens out onto a lakeside balcony on one side and a small rear courtyard on the other side, so no matter where the sun is or what direction the wind is blowing in, you'll be able to find the ideal spot outdoors!

If it's a wintery escape to the south, maybe to hit the slopes or see Queenstown at it's best, Central Water Views will host a fabulous stay with an electric fireplace to snuggle up in front of at the end of the day and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for delectable holiday meals.

The complex offers a tennis court to use during your stay and there will be rackets on hand too. But if you are bringing some gear with you the onsite double garage is with auto door opener make for a fab and safe addition for your vehicles and the anythings like bikes and skis.

Leave the car at home and try one of the local water taxis to get around, there is private jetty just 20metres from your front door down by the edge of the lake.

You'll love being just a 20-minute walk along the lakefront track, or a 1.5km drive, from the centre of Queenstown where you'll find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also the perfect place to stop and view Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkable mountain range.

Great place to stay for our adult family. Easy walk in to Queenstown along the Frankton pathway and good bus links. Good size rooms, lovely communal area and very well equipped kit hen. The views were jyst stunning. Would love to stay again.

Loved everything about our stay. We traveled in winter, it was toasty warm and cosy after a big day out and about. Easy walk along the waters edge to town . A little hard to find as no signage but property manager so helpful. Would highly recommend- views breathtaking.

Overall great place. Terrible driveway. Manager mislead us about where to park the big van we had. It was too big for the driveways steepness and bad design. Luckily we were saved a ton of money clamps and fines by a bus driver who told us that the property manager was wrong in telling us were to park. Need better info on size of vehicles that can enter apartment complex!!!!
