This is an older hotel that has had some updates. The bed was cement and you could hear noise in the hallways and doors shutting all night. Staff was fine, but would not grant even 1 hour more for checkout time.

We had to change rooms at 1 am. Noise from loud TV in room next door. Doors have 1 inch gap at botttoms and hard surface floors. Noise carries too easily from room to room, Not enough seating in breakfast area to accomodate all attending free breakfast regardless of time. No decaf. Apple and Cranberry juice dispensers were empty. Poop smell from adjoining rooms wafted into our bathroom. Pork bacon. Turkey bacon is "clean" pork is not for biblical dietary concerns. Moree gluten sensitive options would be appreciated.

Very clean, safe, great location, good breakfast with a lot of choices, easy parking. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Panera Bread literally steps away, Crabtree Mall less than 1 mile away. This was our 2nd stay and definitely not our last!
