The hotel is tired and old. The bar wasn't open. Front desk didn't have quarters to make change to use the dryers. The Wifi was slow and really weak in multiple locations.

Total conditions of this day was terrible from the moment of checking in to the moment I put my head on a pillow. This was the worst day I have ever had out of my 40 years standing at any hotel.

Hidden gem to/for Duke Hospital customers. Has indoor pool . Nicer than both well-known places immediately across street from Duke Hospital. We have stayed at all. This by far the best. Only advantage of other two is walk to hospital. This one has breakfast and beautiful rooms, gorgeous lobby.Excellent customer service personnel.
