I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby, beautifully decorated for the holidays, instantly put me in a festive mood. The customer service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to assist. The room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and organization. It was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with kitchenware, which made my stay even more convenient. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, such as the neatly folded towels, complimentary toiletries, and even small touches like the toilet paper/paper towels being decoratively staged. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I were there for a lacrosse tournament near Norco. The hotel was VERY clean, loved the large kitchen and we had plenty of room in the outside patio area for the other families to gather after the games were over. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful.
