Did not get view I reserved online which clearly stated "mountain view", and I showed desk clerk. Get to room without a Mountain view, the fire alarm is chirping. Takes over hour to get fixed. Go to dinner (horrible, smoke filled restaurant in lobby and food is atrocious). Come back to room and temp is 64 degrees. Heater broken blowing cold air. Hour later technician comes. Someone had already tried to service that heater because he said the valves were already off. He could not fix. Had to change rooms. They think they are doing us a favor by upgrading us to a suite. Go to suite, lower floor. Hair in shower. Hot water non existent for 40 mins!!!! After continually running. Both sinks sputter with air, go to use toilet and it literally explodes with toilet water! Water everywhere. We conclude that no one has used that room in a while and pipes have been resting? Air locked? Who knows. It's now 10:30 PM. Night of parental aloness ruined. Go to bed. Middle of night ..Loud humming coming from kitchen every 45 secs. After investigation turns out it's the ice box drawer thing. 3am loud banging every 30 mins or so until we have to get up at 7. The room must be by elevator shaft and housekeeping or something. Needless to say our one night (that never happens) get away from kids that we drove 3 hours to enjoy and arrived at 6pm was ruined. When you get to a hotel room you want to relax. Not have to maintain the room.
