Breakfast is ok. Cant wait till they bring back the hot tub. Whats a fancy hotel without pool/hottub. Room was clean and tidy, staff was great. I would rate higher but the lack of whirl pool was a big disappointment.

If you have kids this place has no pool. It was ok but not worth the price. With my kid I could have stayed right next door at the Ramada with a waterslide. I have stayed at better places in Revelstoke for sure.

The room was beautiful!! The front desk staff were amazing and very friendly!! We had read a few reviews about the train being loud and requested a room at the front of the hotel rather than the Mountain View and it was perfect. In addition, our room was very spacious like a small condo. We will definitely stay again.

I like these Hotels, however, I don’t appreciate having to become a member in order to get free wi-fi, and even then, unless you pay an extra $5 a day for secure wifi, you get these messages warning you of all the dangers. These tactics don’t seem to corespond with this hotel.
