For the price it was above my expectations. Not as modern as most motels but the cleanliness and quietness are worth the sacrifice of the aesthetic . Would definitely recommend.

I love it here. Always clean and comfortable! Cookout and 711 closes at 12 across the street. And there's a Kroger and Vape shot right next door as well.

Never "Thrilled!" in the past, but last two weeks very disappointing... Richmond hotels are priced to high...have to accept a 1 1/2 * hotel if looking for less than $100 a night. This hotel has always been $20 less than comparable ones (when booking online anyway). They have now apparently adjusted rates on booking sites where price with fees works out to almost exactly the same as walk-in rat (80-85).&(Weekend more like all in Richmond).Rooms are bug free so far, but not completely renovated.(They are definitely reactive not proactive). And though spacious, not cleaned or sanitized (you will need to do yourself.... SERIOUSLY!) We do like the staff, but have to look elsewhere. ..no way around $80 a night...and just not worth it.
