El trato es exquisito. Gente muy cercana y agradable. Dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Atienden cualquier peticiĆ³n siempre con la intenciĆ³n de escuchar al cliente y hacerle sentir bien en el hotel. QuizĆ”s lo peor , para mi gusto es que las habitaciones no son 'actuales', parece que vuelvas a aƱos atrĆ”s, motivos rĆŗsticos y algo desfasados. Pero no te dejes engaƱar. DetrĆ”s de esa apariencia hay una dedicaciĆ³n para que te sientas como en casa. Una grata sorpresa

personnel n'apprƩciant pas trop les Ʃtrangers
chambre assez grande mais pas tres propre et sans clim (dur en plein mois d'aout), mais le must se passe au restaurant avec une ambiance limite xƩnophobe voire francophobe et un serveur totalement antipathique qui vous jette une feuille avec un menu Ʃcrit en catalan sans explication et parle de vous dans votre dos aux autres serveurs et clients catalans en pensant qu'on ne le comprends pas, il n'y a pas de menu enfant sauf pour les familles catalanes aux tables d'Ơ cotƩ
