Recently renovated rooms are simple but functional and clean. The noise insulation between rooms even in the renovated area is minimal, so we did hear the guests in the next room over. The hotel is near a race track, so there was a lot of noise from the zooming racecars too. Overall it was a good simple motel for a cheaper one-night stay on Long Island. It might not be very comfortable for staying more than a couple days though. Staff were helpful. Yes there is a $100 deposit, like almost every hotel in America. Not an issue if you're expecting it.

The place is was under construction. Which Hotels.com never said. We could have stay in a refurbished if we had known. But instead we in circa 1970's room that was gross. We only came back to the hotel so we could sleep. The place looked like the Bates motel. We check in late asked if we could up grade to a new room we were willing to pay more for. We were told the there were non available. Which was a lie. The day manager was nice but by then it was too late to switch. Hotels dot com needs to do a better job at giving hotel conditions. Instead of putting a hold for incidentals on my credit card the the actual charges my card for $100 Only refunded it after looking over our room. We could not have done damage to the room even if we wanted it was already gross. I am sure it will be a nice place after the Remodel but for now it is creepy

A Comfortable stay with everything you need
I stayed here with my husband for a friendā€™s wedding and was very pleased with the experience! The single double-bed room was on the first floor and clearly newly renovated. The space is much smaller than the average hotel room, but for two people who packed light, it was great for a short stay. The room has everything - coffee brewer, microwave, mini fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, and a small tv. There is closet or drawers, but there is a small hanging rack and counter top we hung our wedding attire from and put our bags on. The shower pressure and water was perfect, and despite the closeness to the main road, it was a quiet stay! The mattress was really comfortable (I like a softer mattress) and we slept well. I LOVE that there is no carpet anywhere in the new rooms. Everything feels and looks so clean. My only wish is that the pillows were higher quality/thickness, and that each side of the bed was provided 2 pillows. The mattress cover and fitted sheet also barely fit over the new mattress, but fortunately stayed put while we slept. The fitted sheet was also a much rougher material than the rest of the sheets provided. Other than those 2 minor comments, everything was pleasant and positive experience!

This is a clean, renovated motel. Joseph was very helpful and professional and gave me a nice renovated room. The rooms are small but have everything one needs for a quick trip, including mini-fridge and microwave.

We were there for a birthday party and was one of the least expensive options. Plus, we were there for only one night. Itā€™s definitely going through an entire renovation. We got one of the older rooms but it was clean. Staff was attentive and check in was smooth.

First, we arrived late and I called ahead. The guy on the phone said fine. Then when we did arrive, it was dark and dingy and looked straight out of a horror movie. But the worst part was - when we went to check in - the receptionist barely spoke to us and when I said I wasn't informed of the need to pay a $100 deposit for incidentals on a 2-star hotel, he told us the following almost verbatim, "I can't deal with this. You should go somewhere else and don't stay here." I tried to cancel it online but Expedia said that the hotel refused to waive the fee EVEN THOUGH they told us to get lost and threw us out. THat receptionist even said, "what? Get Expedia on the phone and I'll tell them I waive the fee." I was not rude, I was not hostile, I just said that, "Expedia doesn't say anything about the deposit so I'm not paying it." This "Inn" does not understand service, hospitality, communication, or that it's a 2-star hotel, not the Four Seasons. Don't stay here unless you want to be treated like dirt and overcharged. On top of everything, Expedia told me to work it out with the hotel/my insurance. Called the hotel - they didn't pick up. The insurance is a pain. Massive pain in the neck for nothing. The only good thing is that I got back to NYC on the 495 a lot faster because we left on Sunday instead of Monday night.

I booked this room in advance through Expedia two months ago when I get there room number was 262 nasty looking room because I was late for a wedding there was no time to complain. In the morning I realized there was new rooms which was booked. I then told the manager he said to me I can gave you a credit.

It was such a cozy room brand new. It was serviced each day. Iā€™m happy I stayed there and will stay again. It was undergoing a renovation but there was no noise. Itā€™s a good find for the Hampton Area.
