Business trip stay at Horn Lake hotel location.
The room was okay- needed new paint and accouterments. The air conditioning needed updating. I was on a business trip, brought dinner back every night; the staff hardly knew anything about the restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the room, while not impressive, was sufficient. Three out of five stars.

This was a suitable property for a quick one-night stay. It is directly off a very busy street, but set back into a quiet area with a shared entrance to a nicely gated neighborhood. There’s a bit of a “DIY” feel to the what seems to be a fairly recent renovation, but it’s clear the owners have tried to improve the property. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is meager, but for the price of the room, it was sufficient. I disagree with other reviewers who suggest the property seems unsafe. I am a female who was traveling alone and I did not feel unsafe at any point.

I have stay here few times is my go to place … the only thing sometimes it smells like smoke and if you on the 1st floor the cleaning crew starts early!

What l didn’t like was there wasn’t an irony board and the iron didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t great and there wasn’t a ice machine on the first floor.

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located to sleep a few hrs before catching an early flight. I thought since it was through the week it would be fine. The hotel itself was very nice however the parking lot was full of individuals hanging-out, listening to loud music and smoking marijuana…..we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Very nice place for a quick stay. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nothing fancy, but did the job for what we needed. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely stay again if I came back to the area.
