All fo the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bathroom floor was dirty along with the sink. The casino had mosquitoes.....yes you read that correctly...mosquitoes were biting us all throughout the casino. Asked for a Michelob Ultra (2nd most popular beer in America) and they said they didnt stock it. So i said a margarita woyld be fine, and you guessed it, no tequila. Casinos are mostly all alike.with the same games and such so i will probably take my money to one that is managed properly and isn’t swarming with mosquitoes.

Front desk employees were exceptionally helpful upon my arrival. Casino employees very unprofessional. Used profanity too often…more than the quest! Very unfriendly. Could not get clean towels for 3 days unless requested and or room somewhat cleaned. Used wet towels were on the floor 2 days.😳🤔😖😖Was told this would be done after checkout??Totally dissatisfied.

Everything was the best and my family really loved it more than the other hotels there from check in to check out. Funny thing is when we would go visit the other hotels they would say I’m glad we are staying at Fritz’s.
