Great little motel
Great little motel in a lovely little town. Very friendly and helpful team. Looks to be recently refurbished and is nice and comfy. The hot morning sun hits the window straight on, but the blinds are block out.

Ok at best
Business treated as a personal playground for owners children to play cricket amongst vehicles. Ball hitting roofing and vehicles, not the relaxing stay you would expect in the middle of nowhere. Also being a small motel, you can hear any slight noise the next rooms make. Even people walking by at 6am is loud due to the gravel driveway. 9/10 is a stretch for their current rating...

The staff were always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The accomodation is basic but has everything you need and was exceptionally well priced. Everything was clean and tidy. It’s well located for exploring the local area. The local bakery is 10/10 as well.

Check-in staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room had a well stocked mini bar in the room. The breakfast menu was excellent and enjoyed the cooked breakfast delivered hot and on time. Happy to come back again.

Loved everything about the property. The room all tho a tad small was more than adequate. Very quiet location. The staff were fantastic. Super friendly. Outstanding breakfast which was a great start to the day. Easy walking distance to town centre and pubs. Will certainly stay again.

Not much to choose from.
We were happy to have a shower toilet and bed for the night. Rochester is a lovely town but not much opened on a week night. It is pleasant in side and reception was very helpful. Happy to share the money around.

Acceptable for a nights stay.
A very small room,sliding door to bathroom needs attention, mirror had cracks needs replacing. Fridge was stocked with drinks which was convenient if that’s what you want.
