Towels, sheets and comforter had spots on them, tv didnā€™t work properly, refrigerator didnā€™t work, water constantly dripped in the bathroom, door didnā€™t close and lock when the door closed so when we left out our door wouldnā€™t automatically lock. Rugs on the floors when you come in the hotel doors were filthy.. Had an very bad smell through out the hotel when you come in

Place to sleep. Not too secure. Comfy beds.
Nice easy access to Highway. Great restaurant next door to hotel. Beds were comfortable. In room refrigerator was quiet. That's about it. Did not explore the indoor pool area, but it looked clean. Had to ring for check in service. Breakfast area where the coffee is located wasn't clean at the time of check in. Room window was fogged due to double pane seal leak. TV was small. Power went out for an hour overnight. Breakfast was bland. No fresh fruit. English muffins were dry and hard, white bread and plain bagels. The juice machine wasn't cooling, so the apple juice was very warm. Plates were styrofoam. The exterior entrance doors on two sides of the building did not lock, you did not need your key to enter the building. Hallways had damp odor to them.

This property did not have a room available when I went to check in at 7 PM central standard time they had either given it away or never had one available to begin with . this room was reserved in advance and paid for when I made the reservation. If this is the way Baymont conduct business, I will never stay at another Baymont

It was filthy, bugs in room, cob webs, stained couch. Bed was gross. Canceled before we even unpacked. Booked hotel to visit family, canceled, and booked hotel 35 min away.
