Rockport Inn and suites in September 2024
We recommend staying here. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door, the rooms are spacious. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The standard breakfast was OK but not really great. Huge amounts of plastic waste are produced here every morning.

Well situated to Rockport and Cloucester
Very nicely appointed rooms, indoor pool and an outdoor patio with gas flames. The breakfast was decent, and there was ample parking. Good choice on Cape Ann.

Their accommodations were very clean and comfortable; the staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful. A big improvement that should be made is their Continental breakfast. It was very Spartan with absolutely limited selections. Along those lines is their regular coffee pot. It was inadequate, given the number of guests there and the fact that regular coffee is consumed the most in the morning. Why this inn doesn’t have several containers of normal coffee or a larger container is beyond me.

Was a great location for what we needed. Room was comfortable. Down sides…very disappointing breakfast options, mainly packaged sweets, and breads, also none working room phone, finally most of the rooms were only accessible by taking stairs, this should have been communicated in the listing, we tried to get a room with out a stair options once we found this out at check in, but there was no openings.

The check in night guy was very unfriendly. A tour bus was parked in front of five rooms, ours being the middle room.very inconsiderate starting the bus and making significant amount of noise outside the rooms very early.
