We had an excellent stay at BW spring house. Special shout out to Chiara at the desk who was very efficient and gave us practical information about the area. Also Carlos at the breakfast buffet. He was also very efficient, remembered our room and got drunk we like for breakfast. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid this Hotel Rating: 1 out of 5 stars My recent stay at Best Western booked through Expedia was an absolute nightmare. Upon checking in, I discovered that the AC in the room was not working, leaving me and my child sweltering in the heat. Despite waiting for over an hour for a technician to fix the issue, the room remained unbearably hot. When I requested a room change due to the discomfort, the hotel staff callously refused. To make matters worse, the room did not align with the description provided on the Expedia website; it was tiny and unsuitable for four people. The lack of accommodation from the front desk staff was appalling. Not only did they fail to address our concerns, but they also refused to offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. In conclusion, this hotel provides subpar accommodations and abysmal customer service. It's clear that guests are paying for inconvenience rather than a comfortable stay. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. Expedia users beware - this hotel falls short of expectations and should be avoided at all costs.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western! The staff was amazing! Chiara and the girls at the counter were always so helpful and kind. Sharing restaurant ideas and they just wanted to make us feel welcomed. The hotel is conveniently located near the Vatican. It was a perfect location.
