The check in process was great. Great front desk staff. Very helpful and professional. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was large and had a large modern shower. Great location. The only issues I had were the loud AC and the key wasn't electronic so when you left the hotel you had to leave your room key with the front desk and pick up the key when you returned. The front desk is 24 hours but still not very convenient.

The room was very nice and clean. Amenities were plentiful and housekeeping came daily. The restaurant at the hotel was great along with the bar. Breakfast was quiet and very nice and kept stocked, organized and clean. Only issue we had was the condensation from the A/C dripped on the wood floor in front of the door so a slip happened but no fall. It was very hot and humid when we were there. Definitely would stay here again.

I would not stay at this property again. First, you have to leave your hotel key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel, and request it upon arrival, which was an imposition and did not feel safe. In terms of rest, getting sleep was difficult since the room provided to us was on top of a service entrance, it was noisy up to late at night and very early in the morning, with deliveries and waste management. In terms of cleanness, the top part of the walls in our bathroom were covered with mold and required cleaning and maintenance.

The hotel is very nice. Vincenzo is helpful and friendly. There is someone to assist with luggage. Location is near Via Veneto and convenient to some sights, a bit far from Piazza Navona. We had a comfortable stay.

Wonderful location, quiet rooms with great service. We appreciated that breakfast starts at 7:00, as we like to get out early. The woman who runs the breakfast (Dorothy) is just fantastic, she remembered our coffee preferences and attended to us in the most professional manner. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and very reasonable price wise. Breakfast included with the stay was excellent and the service was wonderful. The hotel was no more than 15 minute walk from many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable.

It's definitely an older property. Observed peeling paint and wallpaper. Was still nice though. Included breakfast was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious. Our friend's room had a defective air conditioner and were ultimately provided a fan. Same friend got sick, and we had to go out to buy cleaning supplies as the hotel had none??
