The hotel was nice and clean. The previous person in the room obviously smoked because it smelled. The hotel tried to their best to remove the smell but it did not work. I also did not enjoy the shower because water leaked on on floor.

The room is so tiny you barely can fit your suitcases. The fridge was broken. Overall, the room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Location is so convenient! We would book again.

Nice staff, very helpful. The type of property that you feel secure in. Easy check in. The only downside was the size of the room. Slightly smaller and no place for the bed. Otherwise, I can recommend this property.

24 hr front desk that answered patron call from street level right away. The small clean elevator actually worked. The friendly young man at night desk was informative and efficient. The room was as advertised if not better. Super clean. Comply bed. Clean bathroom. Makeup desk. No fridge though. Shower head spewed off (hilarious) just wound hose around pole and had a great shower ha. Stayed two nights. Close to Rome terminal so we could take it to our cruise port. Thank you so much hotel Tito

A little dirty, but the biggest issue was the shower. Almost no water pressure and no matter what temperature you set the water ranges from burning hot to freezing cold randomly.

Hotel was great staff was very helpful and informed. Cleanliness was second to none. My only compliant was the hot water was questionable. ( it was present just difficult to regulate)

No sign. A desk was staffed 24 hrs a day and they were very helpful but this is not like a hotel with a lobby. Room overlooked a courtyard of sorts but it wasn’t attractive at all, shutters covered with bird poop. But convenient location and great staff.

I booked a stay with air conditioning and the a/c does not work there. We had a hot and sweaty night. I have to wait outside in the street for the staff to open the door and they are never at desk to open Waste of time

Perfect location, a walking no more than 100 meters to subway, train and buses since is the terminal, all the famous places in the same area, shopping, restaurants…..very convenient. The hotel is good enough, is clean, it has nice rooms…however no too big, but no too small either, personal very friendly and helpful with anything you need…

Room was in another building than office. More of a room to rent versus a hotel. Hot water heater had issues first night and had to be reset. The next day it was working on and off. If staying more than two nights I would have complained more. Room was clean and nice, very European. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. 3rd floor with small elevator.

Helpful staff that always accommodated us on short notice. Literally steps away from Termini station. Like any other hotel close to a train station, there will sometimes be sketchy characters hanging around outside, but I never felt like I would be in trouble.
