A little overzealous
The hotel is located near Roma Termini, the main train station. A great location. It’s comfortable and comes with an excellent breakfast. It is clean but has noticeable putty and paint work. My only complaint were the repeated phone calls and emails prior to arrival. I had confirmed via phone days prior however still received emails and three phone calls with a need to know a specific arrival time.

Proper hotel close enough to Termini station
Hotel was a layover for only one night. Very small, but efficient hotel. Lots of staff to assist you and renovations were done it seems.. Everything worked

Pleasant stay in Rome
Stayed with my 14 year old son. Arrived 1 hour before check in and they were able to put me right into a room. Nicely furnished room with comfortable shower(some are too small for me). Conveniently located near train station and near a garage where I kept my rental safely. Left bags after check out and picked up later when ready to leave. Highly recommend this hotel, I’ll stay again when in Rome.

This place was safe, quiet, clean, and close to the train station. The front desk staff was over-the-top friendly. He hooked us up with snacks and a dinner recommendation when we arrived (the owner of that restaurant was also super personable and hooked us up with some freebies). When I told the front desk staff that we wouldn’t be able to make breakfast because we had to catch an early morning train/flight home, they bagged up some food for us (bananas, sweet bread, toast and jelly packets) right then and there. Also worth mentioning, this place had the nicest towels (big, white, and fluffy) of the four places we stayed in Italy.
