This hotel fronts near a corner of Campo de Fiori which to me is the best location in Rome. Like many hotels in the tourist areas of Rome, this hotel probably is a converted, renovated apartment building. The "lobby" on the second floor is not manned most of the time and you use your key card to enter the building. That said, our hotel room was clean and HUGE! Really a two room suite with one modern bathroom. Each area had a queen bed, desk and TV and sliding doors separate the sleeping areas.
The hotel does not have a breakfast room but you get a voucher for the restaurant to the left of the entrance as you walk in. What a find! The food was great, the pricing was reasonable, the service excellent. It was open late and the liveliest on the square. One evening we sat and had some drinks and the Rome-Madrid game was on TV. Really a fun crowd! (We stayed Sunday to Wednesday. The square gets really busy on weekends.
Note: American-style sports bar "The Drunken Ship" is on the next corner of the square and fun as well.
I was really pleased with the hotel and would stay there again. 5 stars for sure!
