Check in was unreasonably long. We got much worse room than we booked. Staff were not attentive or accommodating. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but practically no toiletries. I would NOT recommend.

A very nice suite hotel conveniently located across the road from Rotterdam Central station, trains, Metro, and trams. Nearby convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The property is clean, well laid out. We had a large corner suite on the 9th floor with great views. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful

An unearthed gem in the heart of the city
This hotel is just perfect! The rooms are modern with a fresh feel, and all of the basic amenities for cooking are provided. There's a laundry service (which we didn't use as we were only there for 3 nights) and a 24 hour gym as part of the booking which is a bonus. The mini mart by the desk is handy but pricey as you'd expect. There's no need to use it though because there's a supermarket about a 3 mins walk away. The hotel's right opposite the central station so it's super easy to find, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank them very much for their food recommendations which we asked for one evening :) Because you're in the centre you can walk to anything, or take a tram from right outside. I couldn't recommend this place more highly if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable option where you're happy to do a bit of cooking or prepping for your food.

Tyra at the front desk was difficult to deal with over small issues. The air conditioning was marginal in its ability to comfortably cool the rooms. The hotel is attractive and in a great location and the corner room was spacious.

Very good location right across the street from the central train station. Very walkable to the Erasmus Bridge, has many good eating options near. Casinos also very near if you want to venture there. Room was very nice, had 2 rooms separated by a hall by the bathroom, but no bedroom door. Air conditioned however the thermostat and cooling vent are located in the living area with no bedroom vents and no fan ā€”ā€”so you are dependent ??? For circulating the cool to the bedroom. Was cool enough weather when we were there, not sure how it would be in warmer conditions Or in the winter.

It was TERRIBLE by all means. Bed linens were disguising , smelled and spots all over , not fresh. Misquotes in the suite bitten kids in faces . Alarm sounded at 2 am and we all went down , it was false alarm and I learnt from others it did happen a couple of nights before. We stayed a couple of nights and it was the WORST in my 25 years of travelingā€¦.don't be fooled by what I think made up reviews by people of interest in this property.. the WORST.
