Very poor customer service!!
Upon arriving at the hotel, we found no one at the reception to check us in. After about five minutes, a staff member finally arrived, quickly processed our check-in, and assigned us a room. However, the room, labeled as a family room, was extremely small and outdated. While it appeared clean, it was difficult to be certain given the worn and aged furniture and fixtures. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of options. After breakfast, we returned to our room, intending to check out by the noon deadline. However, at around 11:30 am, the cleaning staff knocked on our door, asking to clean the room, which forced us to rush packing and proceed to checkout. On our journey home, about three hours later, we realized my daughter had left something in the room. We immediately called the hotel and were informed that the item would either be placed in lost property or sent to the laundry. I was told to call back the next morning to arrange for its retrieval. When I called the next day, I spoke to a different staff member who assured me they would contact housekeeping and call me back, but that call never came. Two days later, I called again and was given the same response: the item was probably with the laundry, and I would receive a call back. This, too, never happened. After several more days and multiple follow-up calls, I was promised a call back from a manager, which, unsurprisingly, also did not occur. At this point, I've given up hope of reco

I arrived at the hotel room and noticed that the room looked very small for my bathroom really small but only great things l noticed was everything was very super clean, their facilities were amazing, lovely and friendly people.

Although the property was a little tired on the outside this did not detract from the cleanliness inside The staff were brilliant and very friendly The food was better than we expected and the breakfast selection was excellent Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Runcorn area

Lovely staff, really made the trip perfect. Clean room and facilities. Lovely pool area. Great food and breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of food choices, fruits, cooked options, cereal, breads and cheese. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a good hotel, it's quite clean, i would give it 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. The only thing that let it down was, the bed was really uncomfortable, it was hard and lumpy. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Totally enjoyable stay
Everything was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and seating areas had a large selection of comfortable furniture. TVs etc. when we came back late from a party we sat for a while. Two members of staff came over and asked did we need anything. We enjoyed pool and leisure facilities. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing we could advise is that the receptionist checking us in, although very pleasant spoke very very fast when explaining things and we had to ask her twice to repeat as neither of us could understand her. Just a minor thing in an overall great experience.

Great hotel and very friendly staff.
Great location to motorways. We used the pool. Good size and VERY clean. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. Variety and quality was excellent. Only 2 issues we had, phone in room did t work but no big deal. Also we thought we were getting a room with a sofa bed but instead it was a camp bed. Impossible to sleep in so we ended up just putting the mattress on the floor.
