Situated on a little hill just before St-Florent, the residence enjoys a wonderful view over the sea of the whole gulf as far as the Agriates desert that is just in the front. At your shoulders you can catch the charm of the famous incontaminated nature of Patrimonio's vineyards with its old village. It is possible to go by foot to the beach and there is the possibility to reach the famous paradisiac beaches of white sand and clear water of Lotu and Saleccia by boat.
A deposit of 600 euros is required to be paid in cash at the arrival. This sum will be refounded upon departure if there has been no damage.

Vue imprenable
Excellente vue sur la baie de Saint-Florent depuis la terrasse et la piscine. La maison est bien équipée. Les points négatifs, la proximité avec les voisins parfois bruyant ainsi que la nécessité de prendre la voiture du fait de l'éloignement.

Jean Paul la persona que nos atendió muy amable y todo facilidades. Las vistas espectaculares. La casa muy cuidado y limpia, Con plantas muy bonitas, y todo el menaje necesario. La unica pega le falta aire acondicionado. Para ser perfecta.

Eine voll ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan um eine Woche verlängert haben. Jean-Paul war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Wein vom Bio-Weingut Gentile, gleich unten am Kreisel.

Déçus
La vue sur le golfe de St Florent est exceptionnelle, et la petite piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. La localisation est idéale entre st Florent, Nonza et Patrimonio. Le voisinage est calme bien que l’appartement soit collé aux voisins. Gros bémol cependant, la conception du logement n’est pas terrible. Il y a une chambre sans fenêtre. Cela fait que le logement est très humide, et nous sommes sensible à cette odeur. Nous étions deux couples. L’un d’entre nous a préféré dormir dans le salon plutôt que dans la chambre sans fenêtre qui sentait vraiment trop le renfermé (l’alèse, apparemment propre, était piquée de moisissure). Nous avons préféré aussi laver nos assiettes/verres/couverts avant chaque utilisation à cause de l’odeur. Nous avons demandé un remboursement partiel à la propriétaire, mais pas de réponse... Le service garantie client Abritel a été incompétent, se dédouanant totalement. A part ça, le logement est décoré avec soin, et bien équipé. Bon accueil de Jean-Paul et Christine. Avis mitigés donc. Mais si c’était à refaire, nous ne referions pas.

Une vue splendide comme le laissait présager les photos.C'est le point fort de cette location car pour une famille de 5 personnes (dont 2 grdes ados et 1 enfant) le logement est un peu petit et la promiscuité avec les voisins de chaque coté et au 1er étage du bâtiment aurait pu être un calvaire...mais nous sommes bien tombés. Nous avons souffert de l'absence de climatisation qui nous semble indispensable à cette période pour des nuits réparatrices, le seul ventilateur vieillissant du logement ne suffit pas.La chambre 4 lits n'a pas de fenêtre, cela est bon à savoir. les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain qui par contre est assez vaste. L'équipement de la cuisine est très complet. Nous aurions apprécié que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée, petit plus toujours agréable. L'accueil de Jean Paul était parfait, il a été très utile et efficace lors des problèmes rencontrés avec la pompe du bassin. il donne de bons conseils et reste très disponible si on a besoin.Nous avions misé sur la proximité de la plage compte tenu de la taille du bassin, nous pensions aussi profiter de la piscine (grande taille) collective pour la résidence : sur ces 2 points grande déception ! la plage en contrebas offre une eau claire mais la plage ( algues et graviers) est très vilaine, la piscine de la résidence est au bord de la route sans aucun solarium et entourée de 3 murs... pour se baigner sur de belles plages il faut faire des kms..en voiture vers île Rousse/Calvi ou louer un bateau ( nous recommandons Dominique Plaisance) car sur st Florent même aucune plage offre l'image paradisiaque des plages corses que nous avions en tête.En allant vers le cap corse Nonza, les plages sont sauvages avec du sable gris ( amiante de Canari) sympa à voir mais tjrs pas très tentant pour la farniente. Météo parfaite, découverte des gorges d'Asco à faire. Ne pas râter le Glacier salge et la table du potager Nebbio
