In a quiet luxury residence but close to all amenities. during your stay : EVERYTHING IS ACCESSIBLE ON FOOT!!! Beach-city-shopping-restaurant-maritime shuttle to St Tropez

Ground floor: American kitchen, large living room of more than 50m2, open on terrace-pool, large parental bedroom with bathroom open on terrace. Separate WC, washing machine/dryer equipment. Numerous cupboards.
Upper floor: master bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower and WC), small terrace with 180 degree sea view; master bedroom with bathroom, TV area and games for children; cabin bedroom (2 single bunk beds)

Exceptional location: 150 m from the Croisette beach and sailing club, tennis club at 700m, restaurant at the bottom of the estate, St Maxime town centre 6-8 minutes on foot with access to the port for the shuttle to St Tropez. Easy access by car to St Tropez: villa located just outside St Maxime in the direction of St Tropez.

Ideal villa for family holidays to easily enjoy a private pool and beach on foot. Ideal villa with friends for lazy days in the sun on the terrace, evenings in the centre of St Maxime animated all year round (CASINO) and easy access by shuttle to St Tropez day and night (very regular maritime shuttle day and night, every 20-30 minutes in high season, every hour in low season).

Exquisite!
If you’re looking for a beautiful place to rest & relax, this is it! Stunning views of the harbor, gorgeous, new property with luxurious finishes, this was the absolute perfect stay! Check in was a bit confusing as we don’t speak much French and address was difficult to find, but host was beyond accommodating and ensured we were well set up—personally escorting us to the property! We cannot recommend this host more—gorgeous accommodations, close to town, and most importantly, close to the beach! 10/10 highly recommend!

Tout est conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. La maison est magnifique, moderne et parfaitement équipée. La vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez est digne d’une carte postale. Grande gentillesse lors de l’accueil malgré une arrivée tardive, propriétaires disponibles et également d’une grande gentillesse. Merci pour ce magnifique moment.

Wir waren überwältigt bei der Ankunft. Die Villa steht in einer sicheren Domäne und ist grösser als man auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Sie hat eine schöne Einrichtung, ist sehr sauber und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die 3 Doppelzimmer hatten bequeme Betten und je ein eigenes Bad. Das kleine Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett haben wir nicht genutzt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf St. Tropez und der erfrischende Pool. Trotz der Hitze (33 Grad) konnten wir uns auf der sonnigen Terrasse dank dem Wind gut aufhalten. Auch genügend Schatten ist vorhanden. Die Nähe zu den Nachbarn ist nicht störend da niemand Einblick hat zum anderen. Einmal wöchentlich wird der Pool und der Garten kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die Villa liegt ruhig und trotzdem ist man in 15 min zu Fuss im Zentrum in dem es viele schöne Boutiquen und gute Restaurants hat und geselliges Treiben herrscht. Wir können diese Villa sehr empfehlen und würden sie bedenkenlos wieder mieten. Vielen Dank an Mathieu, Claire und Maria für den vorzüglichen Service während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Splendide villa dans un cadre calme et idyllique ! Le confort est bien entendu au rendez-vous et la vue sur le golfe de St Tropez est juste magnifique. Services et prestations 5 * . Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable dans cette superbe villa. Vues remarquables mer et golf de St Tropez. Equipements parfaits y compris pour la cuisine. Situation proche de tout : plage (galets ou sable) et centre ville (commerces, restaurants, marché, boutiques....). Nous conseillons vivement cette location tout confort.
