It’s amazing property and staff are very polite & helpful.
The only issue is that the hotel is still under renovations and the bar is in a very dark area with no view, and there is no waiting area at the foyer.

The check in was the worst i have encountered
Was very slow and unorganized
Room wasnt ready and after 20 minutes said it was ready and the still waited another 10 minutes for key because servwd everyone else first

"Convenient hotel to the airport as you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. Hotel is lovely as are the staff, the building is looking tired in some places but that did not impact our stay."

"have stayed here many times, rooms are comfortable for 1-2 nights stay. Close to airport with regular shuttle bus. 100THB 1-way for 2 guests so perfect. Sky Bar is great with views over the airport and watching flights. Will stay again"
