The room I had reserved and paid for already through Expedia was no longer available. Not sure how this happened. The lady at the front desk did her best to make sure I got something comparable to what I had reserved and paid for already.

Beautiful grounds and area. We enjoyed the pools and slides. The Red Marlin restaurant was great. The spa was a disapointment. There was never anyone at the dront desk. I think it must have been appointment only and there were none available during my stay for the servcies i wanted. Also, there were no day passes available for the steam or sauna.

Perfect hotel near the water with enjoyable views! It really gives you the vacation vibes you need especially when you can watch the sunset off your balcony!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Mission Bay, and while the hotel itself was decent, I was hit with a ridiculous $250 charge for something as simple as leaving pool towels in my room instead of the pool area. There were no visible signs or warnings about this absurd policy, and I certainly wasn’t informed upon check-in. Expecting me and my children to walk back to our room in dripping wet clothes just to avoid this charge is not only inconvenient but a safety hazard. Walking through the hallways soaking wet could easily cause someone to slip and get hurt. This is not how a family-friendly hotel should operate. Instead of penalizing guests for something as minor as this, the hotel should either clearly warn guests about the policy upfront or, better yet, reconsider such an unreasonable practice altogether. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they want to be blindsided by hidden fees.

Super recomendado… el hotel es antiguo pero esta muy bien remodelado… la localización esta espectacular… tiene una marina con una vista preciosa!… la alberca muy buena para los niños… y hay fogata en la noche… pinpon y varios juegos… el desayuno esta normal… Me encantaría volverme a quedar ahi

Kind of a sleepy property for its size. Only one good restaurant option. Gift shop closed at 8pm. Nice pool and jacuzzi.
