I was not satisfy I book a suit for my birthday when I land not only has to wait a hour for room to be ready and they gave me a differs room smaller room not what I’ve book and when I complain bout and think they should charge me less because that was 2 different size room they say rhwy won’t do that but was offer only $50 hotel was nice don’t get me wrong but they need to do better with the waiting the factcheck in is at 4 and I didn’t get the room till 5 and had the wrong room was really disappointing

Everything was great! The rooftop pool at night was very pretty and relaxing. Close to the Beach and Restaurants. I definitely didn’t need a rental car. Uber was convenient especially if you just want to relax and not drive during vacation. Most places were walking distance. Hotel Staff was Excellent. I received a text everyday of my stay asking if I needed anything. I would definitely book my stay here again.

For starters expedia left me hanging after providing me a receipt of the wrong price per night. The hotel staff were not friendly, welcoming or helpful. I couldn't get room service or had an issue with having to complain that they never showed for 3 days in a row. The food at the hotel was not good and everything was overpriced. I had to contact corporate. Theres also no closet space

Nice property and great amenities. Our family had one of the 1br suites, and it worked out perfectly! The beach being a few blocks away wasn’t a concern. Would stay there again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Clean and quiet hotel. The room was specious. There is a $45 “resort fee” that is not really worth it. You are allowed a daily $45 restaurant credit that is for overpriced food and to me, it was not a great deal. Other than that, it was great stay.
