This is my second stay at AC Hotels in San Juan Condado! I absolutely love them. They are so amazing. Guest services is top tier, anything I need at all they are just a text away! I love that feature it’s so convenient and helpful. They are very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. 5 stars!

Air conditioning didn’t work, shower didn’t work, house keeping couldn’t get straight the instructions for our room-it took meetings with managers & help from engineer and technician to finally get things right!! Parking system was highly inconvenient because of having to get card signature every time to leave parking lot. The room was pretty but no microwave in it and very little storage for clothes and luggage.

Nothing unique but it was a good stay. Front desk checked on me every morning via text. Still sorting out the resort fee vs the amenity fee charges. Short walk to the beach, restaurants nightlife and shopping. Room was clean upon arrival. Housekeeping could of done a better job though cleaning. Alot of small things they didnt do that were annoying. Hotel bartenders were nice.

A daily mandatory 45 dollars charge to use for various services but if you don't use it you will be charge regardless, a daily 25 dollar charge for parking. Not a courteous staff, 20 dollar drinks don't even have cherries for if you ask for an old-fashion Cocktail, beer was served warm, the room wasn't cleaned properly, missing towels and soap, the cable TV in the room didn't functioned. I reported all these concerns and the Hotel management was very defensive. I will NEVER stay at the AC Hotel again, nor will I recommend it for anyone. Just pay the extra money in a better hotel at the end you'll probably pay about the same with all the AC added fees. Really Terrible!! Shouldn't be part of the Marriott corporation.
