Everything was excellent EXCept parking. You have to Buzz a bottom wait to let in , in most cases it had to done several times especially at night because they would not answer, then waiting to get picked up from parking lot most time we would walk to the hotel in the not well lighted side walks and not see anyone coming for usā€¦..we received bracelet to unlock doors why not make it so that the same bracelet lets us in and out of parking lot

Restaurants were all over priced with dull menu choices and slow service. Thanksgiving Day we waited 11/2 hours at the table and turkey entrees arrived cold. Manager comped the meals but not the way to celebrate a holiday. Bar items at the resort were way over priced and cocktails tasted watered down. Ferry service from the private island was woefully inadequate, making guests wait up to 45 minutes to be sure they would get a seat or even an hour when ferry filled up in mid afternoon.

We had a wonderful family holiday. Our room in Las Brisaā€™s Nedā€™s some updates but otherwise all great!

They need a lot of improvements to be called a resort. The rooms are outdated, they nickel and dime you for everything. Entertainment is done at 10pm and so are all the services. No room service if preferred. The seating outside by the pool covered in bird crap cause they donā€™t clean them so good luck finding one less pooped on. Not worth it at all. The water park is 3 adult slides a small lazy river and a small slide for a toddler/child. There is no resort feeling associated, no passion from the workers nothing. No communication with guests and workers when things are broken, updates on events. The only perk is Palomino Island but be prepared to wait to go there and returning as it takes an hour. Entertainment for kids is nothing special either. Thankfully we had a car to get us around. Not worth the money! Oh and if the maid passes the room they wonā€™t return to clean if you miss your chance.

I'm delighted to share my exceptional experience at El Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico! This resort truly stands out for its: - Family-friendly atmosphere - 24/7 coffee shops - Lively dance floor - Outstanding swimming pools, water parks, and private island However, there were a couple of areas for improvement: - Limited dining options, particularly a lack of Asian cuisine - Daily parking fee of $16, which wasn't included in the initial cost Overall, I highly recommend El Conquistador Resort for its numerous amenities and welcoming environment.

Everything about the place is so beautiful. The view from our room was amazing. So many activities you could do, restaurants you could eat at, and shops you could shop at. It was close to outside places as well so it was the prefect location. I will definitely be visiting again.

It is a beautiful resort. There is a lot of renovation happening which is good because some of the rooms need to be updated.

2nd time here and I will be a regular. This has to be the most beautiful resort on the planet. Island, water park, pools, all built within a mountain. Also walking distance from some local restaurants. The people here in PR are beautiful and friendly. I love this place.
